Aim of the workshop: You will gain clarity about your relationship(s) and your individual needs. You will learn practical tools to strengthen and maintain the connection with your partner in the long term.

This workshop is ideal for individuals and couples who want to strengthen their vision of being in, navigating or attracting a relationship - be it to overcome existing challenges or simply to experience more depth and vitality in connections. By the end of the workshop, you will not only have a better understanding of how you communicate in relationships, but also tools to consciously and harmoniously shape your present and future in a connection.

This workshop is just right for you if you want to learn to...

  • establish clear, authentic and respectful communication in your relationship(s).

  • become aware and express boundaries.

  • express your needs and desires openly and directly.

  • break through old relationship patterns and create space for healing and growth.

  • experience deeper connection and real intimacy.

FAQ about the Relationship Agreement Workshop

“What is a relationship agreement?”

  • A relationship agreement is a written or verbal agreement between partners that sets out clear expectations, values and agreements for the relationship. It serves to create transparency and clarity in the relationship.

“I am very interested, but currently single. Can I still register?”

  • The workshop is currently focused on couples. However, you are welcome to sign up for our newsletter so that you will be the first to know as soon as we have finished designing the workshop for individuals.

 “I live in an alternative relationship and have several partners, can we all come together?”

  • This workshop is currently designed for couples (regardless of orientation). In the future, it will also be offered for individuals, whether in active relationships or not. The energy and time you invest will probably have an impact on your whole relationship.

“How long is the workshop and what is the time frame for the exercises?”

  • This workshop lasts 2 hours. There are both individual and pair exercises, discussion sessions and theory input built into this time frame.

“What topics will be covered in the workshop?”

  • We will discuss topics such as creating a relationship agreement, the experiences of other couples, possible benefits and challenges as well as practical tips and rituals for everyday life.

“Do you have to open up in front of other participants in the workshop?”

  • You will work primarily with your own partner. Discussion sessions can take place in small groups, but it is not necessary to share personal details in front of the whole group.

“Are there any exercises that are physically challenging or push personal boundaries?”

  • No, all exercises are designed to be respectful and safe. There are no physically challenging or inappropriate activities, and you can take a break or time-out at any time.

“What happens if I have any uncertainties or concerns during the workshop?”

  • Ivana and David are available for individual discussions and can support you if you have any questions or concerns. You also have the opportunity to ask questions in the group.

“How can we implement what we learn in the workshop in our everyday lives?”

  • The workshop offers practical tools and rituals that you can integrate into your relationship(s). You will receive concrete suggestions and homework to apply what you have learned in your everyday life.

“Is there any aftercare or follow-up after the workshop?”

  • In the workshop we will give you homework and further resources to help you deepen what you have learned. If desired, we can also make recommendations for further support.

This Workshop is led by David and Ivana, hailing from Zurich, Switzerland.

David is a Swiss-Chinese intimacy coach who loves to explore the magic of words and body language. With a playful mix of DJing and playfighting in his toolkit, he’s all about helping you connect on a deeper level. @davidsuivez

Ivana, drawing unique insights from her background as an architect (MSc ETH Zurich), is interested in how built and mental spaces influence privacy and intimacy, and thus fundamentally affect relationships. @ivana.meryl
