When you contact us

If you contact us by email, we process the information you include to respond to your enquiry.

Bookings and payments

When online checkout is open for a workshop, payments use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes information needed to take payment and issue a receipt; its privacy notice also applies. We can see the booking and payment details needed to manage registration in the Stripe Dashboard and contact participants ourselves by email. Private Sessions are still arranged by email.
