The workshops last three hours and take place in central Zurich, easy to reach by public transport.

The workshop makes room to listen more closely and find a next step for conversations in everyday life.
- Say more clearly what matters to you and what you need.
- Separate expectations, needs and assumptions more clearly.
- Find words for a request or a personal boundary.
- Recognise a next step when a conversation gets difficult.
- Listen to one another without rushing to argue or fix.
Joining
You decide what you share.
Couples and singles are welcome. When you book together, there is room for individual reflection before discussion or negotiation. You do not have to reach agreement.
You can choose a ticket without sharing your relationship history.
