Men’s Circle
A space for presence and connection
Time to stay with what is here, together.
Men’s Circle is a Sharing Circle for men: a regular space to pause, speak from our own experience and listen closely to one another. We reflect together, listening without fixing or coaching.
Many men experience loneliness, even while surrounded by people. The existing circle is currently closed. If you would like to start a circle with others, we can help you build a shared framework.
Questions shaped together
The questions are shaped together by the men who are in the circle. We begin by hearing what each person brings; the group discovers its direction from there.
The circle offers peer support: together, you shape a framework from your own questions that can support you in everyday life. Would you like to help start a circle? Get in touch ↗
The format
A closed circle every two weeks.
A reliable container for radical presence. We start on time.
We support each other in becoming detectives of our own lives.

Agreements
How we are together.
- Speak from the “I”.
- Ask for consent before offering reflections, teachings or projections.
- No fixing and no rescuing.
- Use simple language, “cave man language”.
- Let the spoken words breathe.
- Reflect with personal, specific questions.
- Witnessing is often enough.
- Avoid generalising.
- The person assigned as future daddy, king or circle dude organises the next meeting.
